If you have already made an order and paid for it, but have not yet received information about the order, then do not worry! We see all orders and guarantee that your purchase will be promptly transferred to the courier service and delivered within the specified time:

Via CDEK courier service or by mail.

Shipment by courier service is made within 1 working day from the moment of order confirmation, if it is placed before 14:00 Astana time on weekdays.

All orders placed on weekends or holidays in Kazakhstan will be processed on the next business day. Delivery of orders in Kazakhstan takes 2-5 business days , in the CIS - 4-14 business days .

The cost of delivery outside the CIS countries is calculated individually. Delivery times vary from 4 to 14 business days.
