Company ALBERTO CASIANO guarantees the exchange or return of goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, if it has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, packaging, and labels are preserved.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality

Required documents:

1. Cash receipt or proof of purchase.

2. An application from the buyer for the return/exchange of goods addressed to the company director (Ilyizov O. G.) indicating the reason for the return/exchange.

Conditions:

• The product must not show any signs of use, its packaging, presentation, consumer properties, labels, as well as all documents received from the seller (receipts, operating instructions) must be preserved.

• If a gift was included with the product, it must be delivered together with the product, and the gift must also not show any signs of use, and its presentation, consumer properties, and packaging must be preserved.

Exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality

Required documents:

1. A cash receipt or a document confirming a purchase in a store.

2. An application from the buyer for the return/exchange of goods addressed to the company director (Ilyizov O. G.) indicating the reason for the return/exchange.

Conditions:

• Replacement or return of goods with a hidden manufacturing defect (significant flaw) discovered during use is carried out on the grounds and within the timeframes established by the Law of Kazakhstan “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

• To exchange or return a product of inadequate quality, the buyer must send the product to the central office (Almaty, Kurmangazy St., Building 97, Office 510).

• After receiving the goods from the buyer, the goods are sent to the expert quality control department for examination to determine whether the goods contain the declared defect and whether there are any violations of the operating rules.

• The examination is carried out within 5 working days.

• If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its defects arose due to the fault of the buyer, the law provides for the obligation of the buyer to reimburse the costs associated with the examination.

• The buyer must deliver the goods to the central office and back.

• Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality is free of charge.

• To submit a claim for replacement or return of goods purchased in the online store, you must call +7 707 779 7720. Our employee will agree with you all the details regarding the exchange or return of the goods.

• If, when considering your request for a product return, it is established that the product has been used, has defects (cracks, scratches, chips, mechanical damage with the exception of hidden manufacturing defects), is incomplete or not in the original packaging, then an exchange/return will not be made.

• Return and exchange of goods is carried out only at the central office (Almaty, Kurmangazy St., Building 97, Office 510).
